Shared responsibilities

For website development projects, customers are responsible for accurate business information, content, images, legal policies, branding materials, and other required information unless these are included in the purchased service.

Hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, themes, payment gateways, email services, external APIs, and third-party software may involve separate fees and terms.

We are not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, or pricing changes imposed by third-party providers.

Strategy, not guaranteed outcomes

Marketing services may include SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, advertising management, campaign strategy, and related activities.

Performance depends on market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, budget, customer behaviour, website performance, product quality, platform algorithms, and platform changes.

Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee leads, sales, followers, website visitors, search rankings, revenue, or advertising conversions.

Third-party advertising costs may be separate from service fees. Platforms may reject advertisements, suspend accounts, change policies, change algorithms or advertising costs, limit campaigns, or restrict content.

Clear payment terms

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged separately.

Promotional pricing may be available for a limited period, and third-party fees may be charged separately. The final price is the price displayed or agreed at the time an order is placed.
